Safety Precautions

Installation & Setup

Unpack charger and inspect for damage. Verify battery type and voltage (6V or 12V).

Position charger: Place on stable, dry surface near battery but away from engine and moving parts.
Prepare battery: Clean terminals; ensure battery is securely mounted and vent caps are tight.
Connect clamps: Attach RED clamp to positive (+) terminal; BLACK clamp to negative (-) terminal.
Set voltage: Turn mode switch to 6V or 12V position matching battery voltage.

Controls and Indicators

Charging Procedures

Monitor ammeter: Needle will show high initial current, then gradually decrease.
Completion: When battery is fully charged, ammeter will drop to near zero, LED may turn GREEN.

Troubleshooting
