Controls and Indicators

Charging Procedure

Follow these steps for proper charging cycle.

Ensure battery is in well-ventilated area.

Connect red clamp to positive (+), black clamp to negative (-).
Plug charger into AC outlet. Red LED should illuminate.
Charger will automatically detect voltage and begin charging.
When battery is fully charged, LED will turn green.
For long-term maintenance, leave connected in green (float) mode.
To disconnect: Unplug from AC outlet first, then remove clamps from battery.

Tip: For deeply discharged batteries, charging may take 24 hours or more. Monitor periodically.

Float Mode Operation

Float mode maintains battery at optimal charge level indefinitely.

Once battery reaches full charge, charger switches to float mode automatically.

Troubleshooting
