Safety Information

Read all instructions before use. This product contains a sealed lead-acid battery.

  1. Wear safety glasses and gloves when jump-starting.
  2. Ensure jump starter and vehicle are off before connecting cables.
  3. Connect positive (+) clamp to positive battery terminal first.
  4. Connect negative (-) clamp to a clean, unpainted metal part of the engine block, away from the battery.
  5. Do not connect clamps directly to each other.
  6. Keep away from sparks, flames, and smoking materials.
  7. Do not use if damaged or if cables are frayed.

WARNING! Risk of explosion. Battery can explode if mistreated. Do not disassemble, crush, or expose to fire or high temperatures.

Initial Setup & Charging

Before first use, fully charge the jump starter.

  1. Plug the included AC wall charger into a standard 120V outlet.
  2. Connect the charger plug to the jump starter's charging port.
  3. The charge indicator will light. A full charge may take up to 12 hours.
  4. Once fully charged (all indicator LEDs lit), unplug the charger.
  5. For maintenance, recharge every 3 months if not in use.

CAUTION! Use only the provided charger. Charging in a well-ventilated area is recommended.

Jump-Starting a Vehicle

For vehicles with 12V battery systems only.

  1. Ensure jump starter is powered OFF.
  2. Connect RED positive (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the dead vehicle battery.
  3. Connect BLACK negative (-) clamp to a solid, unpainted metal part of the engine block or chassis (ground).
  4. Turn the jump starter's POWER switch to ON.
  5. Start the vehicle. Once the engine is running, allow it to idle for a few minutes.
  6. With the vehicle running, turn the jump starter OFF.
  7. Remove the BLACK (-) clamp first, then the RED (+) clamp.
  8. Recharge the jump starter as soon as possible after use.

Tip: If the vehicle does not start within 5-6 seconds, wait 2-3 minutes before trying again to prevent overheating.

Using the Air Compressor

For inflating tires, air mattresses, sports balls, etc.

  1. Ensure the jump starter is charged and turned ON.
  2. Connect the air hose to the compressor outlet and to the item being inflated.
  3. Press the SET button to select the desired pressure (PSI). The display will show the target.
  4. Press the Compressor ON/OFF switch to start inflation.
  5. The compressor will run until the set pressure is reached, then automatically shut off.
  6. Disconnect the hose and turn off the jump starter.

WARNING! Do not run the compressor continuously for more than 10 minutes. Allow to cool between uses. Do not use to inflate persons in any inflatable equipment.

Using the DC & USB Ports

The 12V DC outlet and USB ports provide portable power for accessories.

  1. Ensure jump starter is ON.
  2. 12V DC Outlet: Plug in any 12V accessory (max 10A). Useful for portable coolers, air pumps, or a power inverter.
  3. USB Ports: Use a standard USB cable to charge phones, tablets, GPS units, etc. The combined output is 2.1A.
  4. When finished, unplug devices and turn off the jump starter to conserve battery.

Note: Using the DC outlet or USB ports will drain the internal battery. Recharge after extended use.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug all devices and turn unit off before cleaning. Wipe exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquids or abrasive cleaners.

Inspect cables and clamps regularly for damage, cracks, or exposed wire. Keep terminals clean and free of corrosion.

CAUTION! Do not attempt to open or repair the sealed battery compartment. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ideal storage temperature is between 50°F and 77°F (10°C to 25°C).

Fully charge the unit before storing for extended periods. Recharge every 3 months to maintain battery health and prevent sulfation.

Keep out of reach of children.

Troubleshooting
