Jump-Starting a Vehicle

Follow these steps carefully.

  1. Ensure jump starter is OFF. Park vehicles safely, turn off ignition and all accessories.
  2. Connect RED clamp to POSITIVE (+) terminal of dead vehicle battery.
  3. Connect BLACK clamp to a clean, unpainted metal part of the engine block or chassis (ground), away from battery and fuel lines.
  4. Turn jump starter ON (press POWER button).
  5. Start the vehicle. Crank for no more than 3 seconds. Wait 30 seconds between attempts.
  6. Once vehicle starts, turn jump starter OFF.
  7. Remove clamps in REVERSE order: BLACK clamp first, then RED clamp.
  8. Recharge jump starter as soon as possible after use.

Tip: If vehicle does not start after 3 attempts, there may be another problem. Do not continue cranking.

Using the Air Compressor

For inflating tires, sports balls, or air mattresses.

  1. Ensure unit is charged and turned OFF.
  2. Attach appropriate hose adapter to the compressor outlet.
  3. Attach other end of hose to item being inflated.
  4. Turn unit ON, then press COMPRESSOR button.
  5. Monitor pressure using built-in gauge. Do not exceed recommended PSI.
  6. Press COMPRESSOR button to stop. Turn unit OFF.
  7. Allow compressor to cool for 10 minutes after continuous use of 10 minutes.

WARNING! Do not use compressor for more than 10 minutes continuously to prevent overheating.

Powering Devices & Using the Light

USB Port: Connect your device using a USB cable. The unit will supply power as long as the battery has charge. The battery indicator will show remaining capacity.

LED Light: Use for emergency lighting, roadside repairs, or camping. SOS mode is for emergencies to signal for help.
