Safety Information

  1. Explosion Risk: Do not use near flammable materials or batteries showing leakage/corrosion.
  2. Electrical Shock: Keep unit dry. Do not expose to rain or moisture.
  3. Connection Order: Always connect RED clamp to positive (+) terminal first, then BLACK to negative (-) or grounded metal. Disconnect in reverse order.
  4. Vehicle Compatibility: For 12V DC negative-ground systems only. Do not use on 24V systems or electric vehicles.
  5. Children: Keep out of reach of children.

WARNING! Never allow clamps to touch each other or conductive surfaces while connected to power source. Ensure clamps have firm metal-to-metal contact.

First-Time Setup & Charging

Before first use, fully charge the unit.

  1. Plug the AC wall charger into a standard 120V outlet.
  2. Connect the charger plug to the charging port on the jump starter.
  3. Charge until all four LED indicator lights are solid (approximately 12-24 hours for initial charge).
  4. Unplug charger once fully charged. The unit is now ready for use or storage.

CAUTION! Charge only in a well-ventilated area away from heat sources. Do not leave charging unattended for extended periods.

Jump-Starting Procedure

Follow these steps carefully to jump-start a vehicle.

  1. Prepare: Ensure jump starter is OFF. Park vehicles in neutral/park with ignitions OFF.
  2. Connect Red Clamp (+): Attach to the positive (+) terminal of the dead vehicle battery.
  3. Connect Black Clamp (-): Attach to a clean, unpainted metal part of the engine block or chassis (ground), away from the battery and fuel lines.
  4. Power On: Turn the jump starter's POWER switch to ON. The battery indicator will light up.
  5. Start Vehicle: Start the disabled vehicle. It should start within 5-6 seconds of cranking.
  6. Disconnect: Once vehicle is running, turn jump starter OFF. Remove BLACK clamp first, then RED clamp.
  7. Recharge: Recharge the jump starter as soon as possible after use.

WARNING! If vehicle does not start after 2-3 attempts (wait 2 minutes between attempts), the battery may be severely discharged or faulty. Seek professional assistance.

Using the USB Port & LED Light

USB Charging:
1. Ensure jump starter is charged (at least one indicator light).
2. Connect your device (phone, GPS, etc.) to the USB port using your own cable.
3. The device will begin charging automatically. The jump starter will turn off automatically if the device is fully charged or disconnected.

LED Work Light:
Press and hold the light button to cycle through modes. Useful for roadside emergencies, changing tires, or inspecting the engine compartment.

Note: Using the USB port or LED light will drain the internal battery. Recharge after extended use.

Maintenance & Storage

Regular Maintenance:
- Keep unit clean and dry. Wipe with a dry cloth.
- Inspect clamps and cables for cracks or damage before each use.
- Recharge fully at least once every 3 months if not in use to maintain battery health.

Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place within the specified temperature range.
- Keep away from metal objects to prevent short circuits.
- Store with a 50% or greater charge.
