Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before use. Failure to follow safety guidelines can cause fire, explosion, or serious injury.

  1. Use only with 12V lead-acid batteries. Do not use with 6V or 24V systems.
  2. Ensure jump starter and vehicle are off before connecting cables.
  3. Connect positive (red) clamp to positive battery terminal first, then negative (black) clamp to engine block or grounded metal away from battery.
  4. Do not allow clamps to touch each other or any metal surface after connecting to power source.
  5. Keep away from sparks, flames, and smoking materials. Battery emits flammable gas.
  6. Wear eye protection. Do not lean over battery during operation.
  7. Do not use if unit is damaged, cracked, or leaking.
  8. Keep out of reach of children.

WARNING! Risk of explosion. Never connect to frozen battery. Ensure proper polarity to avoid damage.

Initial Setup & Charging

Charge fully before first use and after each use for optimal performance.

  1. Plug the AC wall charger into a standard 120V outlet, then connect to the unit's charging port.
  2. The charge indicator will light. A full charge takes approximately 12-24 hours.
  3. When fully charged, all indicator LEDs will be lit solid green. Unplug charger.
  4. Store in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 3 months if not in use to maintain battery health.

CAUTION! Use only the provided charger. Do not charge near heat sources or flammable materials.

Specifications

Controls and Indicators

Front Panel: POWER button, LED Battery Indicator (4 LEDs), Compressor ON/OFF switch, Pressure Gauge, Air Hose Connection, DC Outlet, USB Port, LED Light Button.

LED Battery Indicator: Shows remaining charge (25% per LED). Solid green = good charge; flashing red = low charge.

LED Light: Press once for steady light, twice for flashing, three times for SOS mode, fourth time to turn off.

Reverse Polarity Alarm: Loud beeping and red light if clamps are connected incorrectly.

Jump-Starting a Vehicle

Follow these steps carefully to jump-start a vehicle with a dead 12V battery.

  1. Ensure jump starter is fully charged and turned OFF.
  2. Position unit on a stable, flat surface near the vehicle battery, but not on engine.
  3. Identify positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on both the vehicle battery and jump starter clamps (RED = positive, BLACK = negative).
  4. Connect RED clamp to positive (+) terminal of dead vehicle battery.
  5. Connect BLACK clamp to a clean, unpainted metal part of the engine block or chassis (ground), away from battery and fuel lines.
  6. Turn the jump starter's POWER switch to ON. The battery indicator should light.
  7. Start the vehicle. Crank for no more than 3-5 seconds. If engine doesn't start, wait 30 seconds before trying again.
  8. Once vehicle starts, turn OFF the jump starter's POWER switch.
  9. Remove BLACK clamp first, then RED clamp. Avoid touching clamps together.
  10. Recharge the jump starter as soon as possible.

WARNING! Do not crank vehicle for more than 5 seconds continuously. Allow unit to cool for 3 minutes between attempts.

Using the Air Compressor

The built-in compressor is for inflating car tires, sports balls, air mattresses, and similar items.

  1. Ensure jump starter is charged and turned ON.
  2. Screw the air hose firmly onto the compressor outlet.
  3. Attach the appropriate nozzle to the hose for your item (tire chuck, needle adapter, etc.).
  4. Connect nozzle to tire valve or item.
  5. Flip the Compressor ON/OFF switch to ON. The compressor will start.
  6. Monitor the digital pressure gauge. Inflate to recommended PSI.
  7. Turn compressor OFF when finished. Disconnect hose from item first, then from unit.
  8. Do not run compressor continuously for more than 10 minutes. Allow to cool.

CAUTION! Compressor gets hot. Do not touch during or immediately after use. Do not use for breathing air or in explosive atmospheres.

Using the DC & USB Ports

The 12V DC outlet and USB port provide portable power for accessories and devices.

12V DC Outlet: Use to power car accessories like tire inflators, spotlights, or portable coolers (max 10A/120W). Plug accessory into outlet. Unit must be ON. Do not exceed wattage rating.

USB Port: Use to charge phones, tablets, GPS units, etc. Connect USB cable to port and device. Charging begins automatically. The USB port provides 5V/2.1A for fast charging.

Note: Using these features drains the jump starter battery. Recharge after use.

Maintenance & Storage

Proper care extends the life of your jump starter.

CAUTION! Do not disassemble the unit. No user-serviceable parts inside. Contact customer service for issues.
