Charging the Jump Starter

Fully charge before first use and after each use.

  1. Plug the DC wall charger into a standard 110-240V AC outlet.
  2. Connect the charger plug to the unit's DC INPUT port.
  3. The 4-LED indicator will light sequentially during charging.
  4. Charging is complete when all 4 LEDs remain solid (approx. 4-6 hours).
  5. Disconnect charger. Store unit in a cool, dry place.

Tip: You can also charge using the car charger while driving. Recharge every 3 months if not in use.

Jump Starting a Vehicle

  1. Prepare: Turn OFF the jump starter and the vehicle's ignition. Ensure all vehicle accessories (lights, radio) are off.
  2. Connect Clamps:
    • Connect RED clamp to the DEAD battery's POSITIVE (+) terminal.
    • Connect BLACK clamp to a clean, unpainted metal surface on the engine block or chassis (GROUND), away from the battery and fuel lines.
  3. Check Lights: Ensure green indicator lights on clamps are on. If red lights appear, disconnect immediately and check polarity.
  4. Activate: Press the POWER button on the jump starter once. The unit is now ready.
  5. Start Vehicle: Get into the vehicle and start the engine. Crank for no more than 3 seconds. Wait 30 seconds between attempts if needed.
  6. Disconnect: Once vehicle starts, turn OFF the jump starter. Remove BLACK clamp first, then RED clamp.
  7. Recharge: Recharge the jump starter as soon as possible.

WARNING! Do not crank for more than 3 seconds continuously. Do not use to charge a dead battery. This is for jump starting only.

Using as a Power Bank

The unit can charge smartphones, tablets, and other USB devices.

  1. Ensure the jump starter has sufficient charge (check LED indicator).
  2. Use the included USB cable (or your own) to connect your device to the USB OUTPUT port.
  3. The device should begin charging automatically.
  4. When finished, disconnect your device.

Note: The USB port provides 5V/2.1A output. Charging speed depends on your device. Using the jump starter as a power bank will reduce its charge for jump starting.

Flashlight & SOS Mode

The built-in LED flashlight is useful for emergencies and roadside repairs.

  1. Turn On Flashlight: Press the MODE button. First press = Steady light. Subsequent presses cycle through Strobe, SOS, and Off.
  2. Strobe Mode: Flashing light for attention.
  3. SOS Mode: Flashes the international distress signal (...---...).
  4. Turn Off: Press MODE until all lights turn off.

Tip: The flashlight can run for several hours on a full charge. Using it will slowly drain the battery.

Care & Storage

Unplug all cables before cleaning. Wipe exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquids or solvents.

CAUTION! Lithium-ion batteries can be damaged by extreme heat or cold. Do not store in a vehicle glove box during summer or winter.
