Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before use. Failure to follow may cause injury or damage.

  1. Explosion Risk: Do not use near battery acid, flames, or sparks.
  2. Personal Safety: Wear eye protection. Keep children away.
  3. Connection Order: Always connect RED clamp to positive (+) terminal first, then BLACK to negative (-) or ground. Disconnect in reverse order.
  4. Vehicle Compatibility: For 12V DC negative-ground systems only.
  5. Do Not use if unit is damaged, wet, or cables are frayed.

WARNING! Risk of explosive gases. Work in a well-ventilated area. Never lean over battery during connection.

Initial Setup & Charging

Before first use, fully charge the internal battery.

  1. AC Charging: Plug the AC wall charger into the unit's charging port and a standard 120V outlet. The indicator light will be RED while charging and turn GREEN when full (typically 8-12 hours).
  2. DC Charging: Plug the 12V car charger into the unit and your vehicle's 12V accessory (cigarette lighter) port while the engine is running.
  3. Check Charge: Press the POWER button to view voltage on display. A reading above 12.6V indicates sufficient charge for jump-starting.

CAUTION! Charge only with provided or approved chargers. Do not charge in extreme temperatures.

Specifications

Controls and Indicators

Front Panel: POWER Button, Digital Voltage Display, USB Port(s), 12V DC Outlet, Charging Port, LED Light Button.

Indicator Lights: Charging (RED/GREEN), Power On (Blue), Error/Fault (Red Flash).

Display Codes: "LO" = Low internal battery; "Err" = Connection error or overload.

LED Light: Press once for steady light, again for flashing, again for SOS, press and hold to turn off.

Jump-Starting Procedure

Follow these steps precisely. Ensure vehicle ignition and all accessories are OFF.

  1. Position: Place jump starter on a stable, dry surface near the vehicle battery. Do not place on engine.
  2. Connect Clamps:
    • Connect RED clamp to the POSITIVE (+) terminal of the dead vehicle battery.
    • Connect BLACK clamp to a solid, unpainted metal part of the engine block or chassis (ground), away from the battery and fuel lines.
  3. Power On: Press the POWER button on the jump starter. The display will light up. Listen for a continuous beep which indicates correct polarity.
  4. Start Vehicle: Get into the vehicle and start the engine. Crank for no more than 3-5 seconds. Wait 30 seconds between attempts if needed.
  5. Disconnect: Once engine is running:
    • Turn OFF the jump starter by pressing the POWER button.
    • Remove BLACK clamp from the ground point on the vehicle.
    • Remove RED clamp from the positive battery terminal.
  6. Recharge: Recharge the jump starter as soon as possible after use.

WARNING! If you hear a rapid beeping, disconnect immediately - this indicates reverse polarity. Re-check connections.

Using as a Power Source

The unit can power 12V DC devices and charge USB devices.

  1. USB Charging: Plug your device's USB cable into the unit's USB port. The unit must be turned ON. The display will show internal voltage.
  2. 12V Accessories: Plug the 12V accessory (e.g., air pump, cooler) into the 12V DC outlet. Ensure the accessory does not exceed 10A (120W) draw.
  3. LED Light: Use as a work light or emergency signal.
  4. Air Compressor (if equipped): Attach hose to tire valve, set desired pressure, and turn compressor switch to ON. Monitor pressure gauge.

Tip: Using the 12V outlet or compressor will drain the internal battery quickly. Monitor the voltage display.

Maintenance & Storage

Proper care extends product life.

CAUTION! Do not disassemble the unit. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
